There is some technical problem with offline downloaded videos😕 ..... I have purchased the course but after few months I am not able to see my offline downloaded study material... Need some improvement nd urgency

Downloaded videos ka arrengement bahut kharab he.. only single folder available. if i want to view ofline video than first face problems to find it. Library science course se ye ummid nahi thi😔😔😔

Fully egoist and Faltu service hai baat krne Tameez nahi inked customer care ko .previously I taken course they delet tha data in app then they are saying that you are not previously purchase any course either want to charge double to repurchase the same course or not give any false promise to student
