Health Connect Sync
With your explicit and optional permission, the app reads from Health Connect only the data necessary for fitness guidance: steps, distance, active calories, heart rate, resting heart rate, sleep times and workouts. The data is displayed in your daily and weekly tracking and allows you and your authorized training team to understand trends in activity and recovery and adjust general fitness and sleep guidance. The app does not write data to Health Connect, does not use it for medical diagnosis or advertising, and does not sell it. You can use the app without connecting Health Connect and revoke permission at any time.
