A certified clinical dietitian from the Ministry of Health, with a bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences and a master’s degree in nutrition, health and eating behavior. From years of experience and support of hundreds of women and men, Adi believes that eating is not war – and that the path to change is through understanding, not through willpower.
