GluCore is a health management app designed to be used with the CareSens Air Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) sensor. It helps you manage your health independently by allowing you to check blood sugar trends at a glance and easily record your daily health activities, including meals, insulin, exercise, sleep, and weight.

When the CareSens Air sensor is connected, you can check your current blood sugar and trends immediately on the home screen. You can see at a glance whether your blood sugar is stable relative to the target range (default 70–180 mg/dL).
