It is a multiplatform mobile solution developed in Flutter designed for logistics management and optimization of medication deliveries. The application allows delivery drivers to manage the entire delivery lifecycle, from pharmacy pickup to final delivery to the customer.
Key Modules and Features:
• Inventory Management (Packing & Picking): Detailed organization and confirmation of medications by package and delivery group.

• Delivery Control: Guided workflow that includes address validation, map integration (Google Maps/Waze), and direct customer contact.

• Collection and Reconciliation: Real-time financial management that includes co-payment collection, change calculation, and a final cash reconciliation process.

• Evidence Support: Capture of photographs as proof of delivery and recording of issues in case of failed deliveries. • Robust Architecture: Implementation of an "Offline First" model using SQLite to ensure data is not lost in areas without coverage, synchronization with REST APIs via Dio, and centralized state management with Provider.

• Multi-brand (Flavors): Configuration ready for customized deployments using flavors (dev, production, etc.). It is a comprehensive tool that prioritizes data integrity, ease of use for delivery personnel, and operational control of the last mile.
