• Complaints & requests — Raise a maintenance complaint in seconds, add photos, pick a category (plumbing, electrical, lift, housekeeping and more), and track its status from Open to Resolved.

• Visitors & guest parking — Pre-register expected guests and vehicles so the gate lets them in smoothly, and request guest parking in advance.

• Notices & updates — Get society announcements, event notices and maintenance alerts as soon as they're posted.

• Amenities — View your gym/club access code and your household's codes.

• Household & tenants — Owners can add family members and submit tenants for approval, each with their own secure sign-in.
