Dispatchly: AI Receptionist

Dispatchly is the AI-native app for service businesses. Answer every call, book more work, get paid faster, and run the whole day from your phone - whether you run trucks, a shop, or a counter.

WHO USES DISPATCHLY
Home services: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning, landscaping, irrigation, locksmiths, pest control, appliance repair, pool service.
Shop and storefront businesses: auto repair and mechanics, auto detailing, tire and oil shops, dry cleaning and laundry, towing, small engine and equipment repair, salons, spas and pet grooming.
If customers call you to book work and you send them a bill, Dispatchly fits.

ASK. ACT. AUTOMATE.
Ask in plain words - "show tomorrow's open windows", "draft an invoice for the Johnson job", "move my 2pm" - and Dispatchly does the work. The same assistant understands voice and text, on your phone or your desktop.

AI RECEPTIONIST, 24/7
- Answers calls and texts around the clock, in your business's voice
- Captures the reason for service, the vehicle or the address, and contact details
- Books straight onto your live calendar
- Change your greeting, hours and booking rules right from the app

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT YOUR OK
Every booking, estimate, invoice and outbound message gets a preview first: customer, service, time, price. You confirm, then it saves. If an action is not allowed, the assistant tells you instead of guessing.

FROM FIRST CALL TO FINAL PAYMENT
- Today's schedule, drop-offs, and next stop with directions
- Dispatch and coordinate your team
- Good / Better / Best estimates customers can approve
- Invoices, payment links and in-person card payments
- Photos, notes, signatures, and clock in and out
- Customer and vehicle history, service agreements, and follow-ups

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Basements, back roads and back bays don't stop the day. Open the app while you have a connection and today's and tomorrow's work stays saved on the phone. Your team updates status, adds notes, clocks in and out and captures signatures with no signal, and everything syncs with the original timestamps once you are back online. (Payments, invoices, photo estimates, call recordings and the AI assistant need a connection.)

KEEP THE CALENDAR FULL
Reply to new leads in seconds, let customers book from your website 24/7, ask for reviews after completed work, and win back quiet customers automatically.

CONNECTS TO THE TOOLS YOU ALREADY USE
40+ integrations, including ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Tekmetric, Workiz, FieldPulse, Xplor SPOT, HubSpot, Mindbody, Vagaro, Google Calendar, QuickBooks Online, Stripe and Zapier. Run your business entirely on Dispatchly, or use it as the AI layer over what you already have.

WHO IT IS FOR
Owner-operators and growing teams that are losing calls after hours, retyping the same job into three different tools, or chasing invoices at 9pm.

PRICING
Start with a 14-day free trial - no card needed to create an account. Paid plans start at $99/month and include the app plus a monthly call allowance; extra users and extra calls are available.
