Recent reviews

app was hot garbage, for quitting cigarettes. I'm not super into meditation and all that, which was a turn off to begin with, but the big turn off was how there is no nuance. my husband smokes and has no interest in quitting, the app was helping a little bit until a lesson required that I remove all lighters from the house. there is no way to skip lessons per se, I would just have to lie and say I removed them but it just made me so mad I never opened the app again. chantix works better.
