CoTajer

CoTajer is a management app designed for owners and teams of stores registered on the Koreem platform. It gives you quick access to your store's daily operations from your mobile device, with an interface that supports Arabic, English, and French.

With the app, you can:

• Monitor your store dashboard, revenue, and recent orders.

• Search orders, review their details, and update their progress.

• Manage products, inventory, categories, and images.

• Use your camera to scan barcodes or photograph products when you choose.

• Track customers, receipts, and reviews according to your account permissions.

• Review sales, inventory, customer, conversion, and active store visits reports.

• Use available marketing tools such as coupons, abandoned carts, loyalty programs, and smart links.

• Configure store information, delivery, design, WhatsApp, staff, and delivery personnel.

• Customize alerts for orders, inventory, customers, and reports.

Login is for existing Koreem merchants using their email and password, with WhatsApp available as an optional secondary login. CoTajer only displays pre-activated store management tools; it does not display packages, prices, subscription purchases, renewals, upgrades, or external purchase links.

An internet connection is required to use management and synchronization services. Camera, image, location, and notification permissions are optional and are requested when using the associated functionality.
