KeuzenApp is an independent mobile application that allows adults who freely and voluntarily wish to register as poll watchers in Colombian elections.

The application does not represent, belong to, or is affiliated with any government entity, including the National Civil Registry or the National Electoral Council.

Some KeuzenApp features display official public electoral information obtained from open and verifiable sources on the website of the National Civil Registry of Colombia.

This information is public and freely accessible, in accordance with Colombian transparency and access to public information laws.

KeuzenApp only facilitates the voluntary registration of citizens who wish to be considered as poll watchers, in accordance with Article 45 of Law 1475 of 2011. The application does not manage official accreditations or carry out government procedures, and its use does not imply any affiliation with the electoral organization.
