We have updated our CHRISTUS SINERGIA application to streamline your procedures as a Patient through the following features:
o New login with mail and unique password per patient.
o Request for medical appointments in 2 steps: you can request your appointments and those of a different patient than the one who started the session.
o Consult and Cancel your appointment: consult the scheduled appointments, which you can cancel and reschedule again.
o Fulfillment of appointment: you can keep the medical appointment that you have scheduled from our app and without queuing in our care units.
o Clinical laboratory: you can consult the preparation you need to have a laboratory test and then review and download the results (including those of your family group).
o Imaging: you can check the preparation you need to take imaging exams.
o Contact us: know our telephone lines for your attention.
In addition, if you are a collaborator in the option I am a Doctor you can consult and manage the home care performed.
