INSPIA

INSPIA is the field application for teams performing technical inspections. It replaces notebooks, loose photos in the gallery, and paper forms with a complete file that is filled out on-site and arrives at the office in an organized manner.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS, NOT OURS
INSPIA doesn't come with a fixed list. Each organization uploads its own catalog of requirements and groups them by regulation, checklist type, and category. It's suitable for electrical inspections under RETIE or RETILAP, for quality or safety protocols, for site verifications, or for your company's internal procedures. If you can write it as a checklist, INSPIA will execute it in the field.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Basements, warehouses, and construction sites in rural areas don't have cell service. INSPIA saves everything on your phone and syncs it automatically when the connection is restored. You can review the checklist, record findings, and take photos with airplane mode activated: nothing is lost, and you don't have to repeat the work when you return.

YOUR PROJECTS, ORGANIZED
View your assigned projects with their status, applicable regulations, client, and site address. Each project includes its visits, and each visit includes its work modules. The calendar shows your scheduled visits.

CHECKLIST
Evaluate each requirement as Compliant, Non-Compliant, or Not Applicable, with the relevant article or regulation reference readily available. The visit scope defines which requirements are covered, and you can expand it at any time. Progress is always visible: how many requirements you've completed and how many remain.

FINDINGS WITH EVIDENCE
Marking a requirement as Non-Compliant creates the corresponding non-conformity. Attach photos from your camera or gallery, describe the finding, and request its closure. The cycle is recorded: open, in progress, and approved.

ORGANIZED PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE
Organize your visit photos into folders so that each image is in its correct location. Photos are compressed and uploaded in a queue, without blocking your work.

MEASUREMENTS, EQUIPMENT, AND PPE
Record the technical measurements of the visit, the request for measuring equipment with its calibration traceability, and the verification of personal protective equipment.

REPORTS AND FILES
Generate the visit report from your phone and consult the documents in the file. Download the plans, reports, and project appendices to have them available offline.

DESIGNED FOR THE TEAM
INSPIA distinguishes the roles within the organization: the inspector works in the field, the director reviews and closes the findings, and the administrator manages the company. Each person sees what is relevant to them.

WHAT YOU NEED TO USE IT
INSPIA is a work tool for inspection agencies and companies. You need an account created by your organization within the INSPIA platform; the application does not allow self-registration. If your company does not yet use INSPIA, write to us at comercial@codla.co.

ABOUT YOUR DATA
Inspection data belongs to your organization and is transmitted encrypted. The application requests access to the camera and photos only to attach inspection evidence, and access to storage to save your work offline.
