CLiR.health - Compound tracker

By: CLiR App
Track your compound protocols, doses, supply, and reminders — all on-device.

Overview

Features & Capabilities

CLiR.health is a private, on-device tracker for compound protocols you set up yourself — built for peptides and anything else you dose on a schedule. Log doses, plan supply, and see estimated active levels — with no account, no cloud, and no data collection.

EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
No sign-up, no servers, no analytics, no ads. Your protocols and logs live only on your phone. Backups are files you export yourself.

TRACK PROTOCOLS
• Flexible schedules: daily, weekdays-only, every other day, 2–3× per week, weekly, or every N days
• Fixed-length or ongoing protocols
• Reconstitution calculator: vial size + bacteriostatic water + dose = exact units to draw

STAY ON SCHEDULE
• Today view shows every dose that's due and when the next one lands
• Exact, on-time reminders that fire even with the app closed (enable "Alarms & reminders" when prompted)
• Injection-site rotation with your own custom sites

SEE THE CURVE
• Estimated active-level charts per compound, modeled from published half-life data
• Every half-life figure is cited in-app — FDA labels where they exist, peer-reviewed studies where they don't, and honest "no human data" flags where nothing solid is published
• Overlay compounds and switch time ranges

MANAGE SUPPLY
• Open-vial tracking: mg remaining, doses left, percent used
• Sealed-vial inventory with days-of-supply and projected run-out dates
• Protocol forecasts: exactly how many vials a protocol needs and what will be left over

YOUR DATA, PORTABLE
• One-tap JSON backup and Excel export/import through the Android share sheet
• Restore on a new phone in seconds

IMPORTANT
CLiR.health is an informational record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not recommend doses or dosing schedules — every dose, frequency and schedule is one you enter yourself, and the built-in catalog deliberately carries no dose and no frequency for any compound. Calculators here convert the numbers you enter; they do not tell you what to take. Estimated level charts are models built from published half-life figures, not measurements of you. Compound information reflects published literature and regulatory labels, with every source cited in the app. Intended for adults 18+. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health decision.
