One of the worst stations for charging. 80% of the time we go to any of their stations always something wrong with it or its out of order. Something needs to be done. Tesla has each of their chargers working 99% of the time when I go there. Why can't you do the same? Very disappointed almost every time we go to an IVY station.

The app itself is annoying, but your charging network is garbage. It very rarely works for me. I've had more failures than successes at ivy stations. I'd rather go to Petro and pay more because I know the charger is going to connect and charge my car at the posted speeds
