😏Well after several months,i was finally able to login.However I'm now experiencing the same issue as others.The app crashes like it has a sensory overload when i try to input my I.D credentials.I am unable to setup & verify my credentials due to this issue & will update my review accordingly (If & when this gets fixed)
Says my payment history is 50% NOT TRUE. Said I have a new missed payment. I DO NOT. I looked on my other apps, Mint and Credit Karma, and both were correct. I refuse to use a service that attempts to scare their users into logging into their app. Disgusted with this service. I will be removing this app from my phone. If you want an app that helps you with your credit, go with Mint. Credit Karma can sometimes miss a little something on your report. So I prefer Mint over CK. DON'T GET THIS!!!
Bad Experience! I have been trying to scan my ID PASSPORT for days now which had been so challenging and I discovered it to have been a bug. Pls into this and get back to me so I can proceed.
It says cant find my email and i hit retry. I have an account but it wont let me access it. *Im still getting that message that says "Could not find user with that email" once thats finally fixed ill change it back to 5 stars. 12/02/2020 Edit 12/04/2020 Still have the same problem
pretty great except last timr i had bloom my phone got hacked by people that took over my original email that i normally use for everything. i made a me email to sign up for bloom i then saw that 2 emailz were verified the new one i made for sign up and my ORIGINAL. i never got the notifications it just said both verified. i contact bloom to remove the second email that was verified and to leave the one i signed up with and they did the opposite so i basically lost my bloom because of Bloom....
App is pretty great overall for tracking all your hacked accounts. However the links placed in the descriptions of each hacked item are not working??
Asks for the last 4 digits of your SSN to verifiy your identity. Then it asks for the whole thing. Give it up and hit submit and it just asks again. Failed to upload my ID photo also. Not ready for wide release.
I have been trying to open bloom app on my phone after downloading but it keeps stopping. I uninstalled it and downloaded again but it keeps stopping.

I made account few months ago then i had to reinstall all apps after a system update. Now the app keeps telling me i had to login first to the site, chose my device from a list and scan the QR Code. On the site there are no means to login other than scanning that QR Code that my app is not accepting. The instructions that app is giving me are wrong or the site is not updated.
