2026-08-27	Ro*****	Horrible experience. I took the scooter to be on time for my work, then I tried to parked it and terminate the ride, but it would not allow me. Even though I parked it in a bicycle rack zone at Century City mall. It was hard to understand where it "wants" me to park". It almost made me get late to my work. It was stressful.

We took these home to our hotel and had to drive them back 3 blocks.. the app forced us to park them in the middle of the road (where the parking spot was) and then finally end our ride which cost more than expected. We then had to drag the locked scooters off the rode. I do not recommend

2026-08-25	A *****	has hidden fees for membership (the price per minute after 20 minutes) scooter are always breaking down. impossible to get a single uneventful ride. and 0 ability to contact customer service. there's only a dumb AI. terriblely managed company. Just use lime instead
