They lied to me on email and said no bikes were found on my property when I could clearly see them with my OWN EYES. Are you trying to say that the pictures I sent you are a lie??? I will be complaining about them to the city.

2026-08-03	Aa*****	tire was flat. found one of these birds with my GPS, got me where I needed to be. LOVE IT! UPDATE: WHAT THE HECK HAPPENS TO BIRD SCOOTERS? I used these scooters twice recently, now I have five, I repeat FIVE pending $5 hold charges. I was also charged $20 for a 10min ride, which later only cost me $8. So now here I sit after using two scooters for no more than 25 minutes and I am left with $52 in charges, with the possibility of not seeing my hold charges for up to 14 days.

2026-08-02	Mr*****	This app tried to take 88 euros from me, but lucky for me I didn't had enough balance. Then I asked support what was the charge about. But never got a reply. Also the GPS is terrible and parking doesn't work very well because of this issue.

2026-08-01	Ri*****	Horrible customer service! I purchased a Day Pass in the app that would allow my unlimited rides for the entire day up until 45 minutes. I saw with my own eyes that the app confirmed payment for the day pass then asked me to scan scooter QR code. After taking 4 consecutive trips, I realized the app charged me for 4 individual rides! I contacted the AI bot who created a ticket and when I heard back from an actual person, they basically emailed me to say: "You didn't buy the day pass". 🤦

2026-08-01	au*****	forced me to get my helmet and take a picture of myself before starting. didn't tell me I was outside the parking zone, so I had to travel back about 5 km just to park it.. wouldn't let me log out without going back to a parking area. total waste of time and money.
