Real-time voice coaching

Don't be content with inaccurate coaching that relies solely on memory after your workout is over! The BeFlex app coaches the following posture data in real time during exercise: head angle, vertical amplitude, shock, interpolation, cadence, and balance. With real-time voice during exercise, you will be coached on what parts of your posture are lacking, and you will be able to train your body to get into the habit of running in a healthier posture.

Injury Risk Coaching

Landing with a big impact or running out of balance between the left and right places more and more strain on the body. In this position, many runners are injured. The BeFlex app analyzes data related to injury, such as left-right imbalance and shock, and alerts you to reduce the risk of injury by monitoring dangerous postures in real time.

Efficient Posture Coaching
