SMS Sync for the Office is an organizational application for customer relationship management (CRM) and business archiving, which the office issues to its employees. It transfers business SMS messages from the work phone to the office's CRM system and archives them there, so that they are processed along with other customer inquiries — and not forgotten on the personal phone.

The application is intended for office employees only and requires an account issued by the office. It does not synchronize messages between the user's devices and there is no automation of the device.

You determine what is transferred. Not everything.

After connecting, choose one of four options:
• Off — no messages are transferred. This is the default after installation.
• All messages.
• Only from certain numbers — a list that you define.
• Only if the message contains a word — for example, "invoice" or "payment."

The filter runs on the device, before sending. A message that does not match the rules is not saved in the app or sent anywhere — it is only counted, so you can see that the filtering is working.

What is important to know
• History is not imported. Synchronization begins from the moment of approval; old messages will only be forwarded if you explicitly request it.
• A forwarded message appears in the office's shared message box, and colleagues and managers can also see it. The private "My Messages" list remains yours alone.
• The app does not read messages you send, nor your contacts, nor your conversations, nor your location.
• You can pause synchronization or cancel approval at any time, from the settings.

Before you start, a full explanation screen is displayed, and only after that — and selecting a rule — does synchronization begin.

The app is intended for office employees only and requires an existing account in the system.
