Todo fue tan practico e intuitivo al principio al instalarlo hasta le puse seguridad doble factor, el problema empezo cuando a mi celular le ingreso algo corrupto al sistema y tuvo que borrarse todo para estar como de fabrica, entonces se borro todas mis claves entre ellas mi doble autenticador entonces ya no puedo ni abrir mi billetera ni nada y nose como deshabilitarlo la doble autenticacion para volver habilitarlo esta vez con otra app de autenticacion de dos factores, pues siempre me pide la clave de la autenticacion de dos factores para abrir mi billetera que no lo tengo pues el celular se borro todo ese dia . He intentado comunicarme con soporte sin exito no hay quien me ayude ni me oriente y tampoco apunte ninguna clave semilla ni nada de eso, con tantos botones donde estaria, soy nueva en esto y no domino mucho aun que digamos.
