This would be much more useful if it dialed extensions as well (e.g. 888-123-4567 x9876#) for conference calls, etc. | |

This extension will increase your productivity by eliminating the need to type or copy/paste phone numbers. However, from a admin/report side, the calls made from this extension are being duplicated in the CDR reports. If you have departments/users that are paid base on call volume/time, the reports will be skewed. A Call will be initiated from the extension, and then from the extension, to the current call location of the user, therefore duplicating the calls. Please fix! | |
