Recent reviews

Extremely disappointing account handling and support. I was suddenly logged out while using the app and told there was an “unusual login,” with no clear explanation. It has now been 15 days. I have years of personal writings saved in the app and cannot access them. Please investigate the restriction and ticket history urgently. I will update this review once resolved.
