I want to like this product but I can't find any help articles about how to actually view footage on mobile? All it does is show live screen, it won't show any clips?? When you go to view clips it's just a blank white screen ? If any devs could actually help on these things this could be a 10/10 product but it sounds like many others are having similar issues. As far as pulling the card and viewing clips I've had no issues it's just the mobile app is useless without bug fixes.

Garbage system. Phone app is only good for seeing the live footage on the phone. Will not show recorded footage. Viewing recorded footage using the actual dash cam is also a nightmare. Another device is needed to use this. Would never recommend this product.
