"## Gameplay

### Game goals
The goal of the game is to eliminate all viruses from the screen. When you successfully eliminate all viruses, you can proceed to the next level.

### How to operate
There is a virtual handle below the game interface through which you can control the falling pills:
- Directional Keys (Left/Right): Move the falling pill.
- Direction Key (Down): Increases the pill's falling speed (soft fall).
- A Button: Make the pill fall to the bottom instantly (hard fall).
- B Key: Rotate the pill clockwise.

### Elimination rules
- Align falling pills with viruses of the same color or other pills.
- When four or more blocks of the same color (viruses or half pills) are connected in a line horizontally or vertically, they are eliminated.
- The pill capsule consists of half capsules of two colors, you can take advantage of this to eliminate viruses of different colors at the same time.

### Game over
If the pills pile up to the top of the screen and new pills cannot be spawned, the game will be over.

## Features

- Level Selection: You can freely choose from 1 to 8 levels of different difficulty to challenge in the main menu.
- Increasing difficulty: The number of viruses in each level will increase, making it more and more challenging.
- Personalization: In the settings menu you can:
- Turn game sound effects on or off.
- Switch between different visual themes (blue, green, black).
- High Score Record: The game will record your highest score, keep challenging yourself!
- Sound Effect Feedback: Rotation, elimination, victory, and failure all have corresponding sound effects, bringing a more immersive gaming experience.
