I knew this was a bad idea but was recommended by the shop .. dont waste your time with uniden or this app

2024-12-26	Ca*****	Garbage app, don't waste your time and instead insert your SD card into a computer. Refuses to show my camera or allow downloads despite being connected to camera wifi. If this wasn't a Christmas gift I would have returned it - I still might! And at this rate we won't be buying Uniden for our second car.

2024-12-15	J *****	Wifi connected and camera showing on the app home screen. It then tells me to connect the device with wifi. The camera is under a month old. The phone is under a year old. What's the go?? This seems to be a common complaint but there's no FAQ in the owner's manual. I've now even reformatted the SD card (found that tip in the pdf manual) with no joy. Anybody work there?

2024-11-27	Go*****	Unfriendly device. Have app can't find the 50R 2 channel model. Can't view footage. Says its working, lights are on but know bodies home. In and out of pairing.

2024-11-18	Da*****	Garbage app. Connectivity issues are massive. Wifi is a struggle to operate even after connecting. Uniden you must do better. $650 for a dash cam yet no operational way to connect to it.

2024-09-30	Jo*****	Update did nothing to repair issues. I can't see live footage, can't access my files. Garbage. Do not buy. Even if you read great reviews. Chances are you'll get a dud!

2024-08-06	St*****	If you have home WiFi it will override the Uniden connection. Similarly if you have a WiFi connection to your car infotainment system. I found two workarounds. If you turn off your home WiFi and disconnect your WiFi to the car info sys then the app will work. Or you can download direct to a laptop via the cable supplied. I have an issue with the hard wire kit not working in park mode. This is currently back with Uniden and am awaiting their reply.
