We transitioned from using QBO for everything to using Arbostar with QBO integration for the accounting side. The time benefits for sales and admin alone are worth the price. Scheduling is immensely easier with a map view and filters, one button email templates for scheduling emails/sms, time tracking for employees, and equipment repair and service schedule tracking are just some of the great features. Arbostar is also very responsive to change requests and continue to improve the software.

Arbostar is a great software for tree care services. The system is easy to navigate. It is so intuitive that it is a breeze even for new employees. Estimates are easy to create in the system and can easily be converted into workorders. Invoicing is easy and is integrated with Quickbooks. I also like the automated emails and SMS that we can easily send from the system. Due to Arbostar, our team is ALL informed of what is going on with a job. We also use the mobile app. Employees love it.
