Solo manda a la pagina de registro, pongo el nombre y el correo y le doy registrar y no hace nada

Me parece una herramienta excelente, anteriormente usabamos una extensión parecida pero ya no nos funciona, ya instalé su extensión pero me arroja este error: This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
