Global Learning

Global Learning is the official application of the Training and Capacity Building Program in Digital Transformation for Public Servants,
led by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MINPOSTEL) through the
PATNUC, in cooperation with the World Bank.

It provides access to five certification modules designed for the Cameroonian public service,
which you can complete at your own pace, whether in the field or at the office.

DESIGNED FOR OFFLINE WORK
Courses, assessments, and materials are embedded within the application.
You learn, complete assessments, and progress without an internet connection; your
results are automatically updated as soon as you are reconnected. No data
is lost between connections.

FIVE CERTIFICATION MODULES
• Artificial Intelligence, LLM, and Blockchain
• Digital Transformation and User Relationship
• Digital Project Management and Agility
• People, Skills, and Change Management
• Archiving and Electronic Document Management

Each module takes place over approximately ten days: eight one- to two-hour sessions, a skills assessment at the end of each session, a cross-functional project applied to a real-world situation within your department, a guided review day, and a final exam graded out of 100 points.

A PATHWAY ADAPTED TO YOUR LEVEL
Upon registration for each module, a short placement test (five questions, approximately five minutes) determines your level and tells you where to start: review the basics, or proceed directly to the assessment if you already have a solid grasp of the fundamentals.

AN OFFICIAL CERTIFICATE
Upon successful completion of the final exam, you will download your certificate of completion, conforming to the PATNUC official template and signed by the Project Coordinator and the
Head of Mission of the ITS & UMBRELLA Group.

FOR WHOM
Cameroonian public servants from all government departments, throughout the country. Registration is done using your employee ID number and your affiliated government department.
