It streamlines merchant onboarding, lead creation, and information tracking, with features like OTP-based whitelisted access, contact integration, photo capture, and in-app calling. The app records 51 fields of merchant data to meet regulatory requirements, and it tracks real-time agent locations during visits while enforcing necessary permissions for phone, camera, and location usage with encrypted storage.
