2024-12-18	He*****	Recent upgrade has made it so I can no longer access my account. I have gone to reset the password but they do not help out with the user name ... so the password reset is useless. Also no obvious way to contact the help desk as they say to. The link just takes me to an error message. Also the emailed boarder report flashes for a tenth of a second and I cannot see it before it disappears. Bleh ... a frustrating app since their regettable upgrade.
