Raisoni Campus Care

Raisoni Campus Care is the official maintenance management app for G H Raisoni
Education institutes. Staff, faculty and students can report any maintenance
problem in seconds and follow it through to resolution.

• Report in seconds — pick your campus, category and location, describe the
issue, snap a photo, and submit. Your location is captured automatically so
maintenance staff can find the spot quickly.
• Track every complaint — a clear timeline shows each step from Submitted to
Assigned, In Progress, Completed and Closed, with live status updates.
• Instant emergencies — a dedicated red EMERGENCY button raises fire,
electrical, water, lift, medical, security, gas and structural hazards and
alerts campus officers immediately.
• Stay informed — SMS, email and push notifications keep you updated at the
moments that matter, especially when a repair is completed and needs your
verification.
• For maintenance staff — accept assigned work, add before/after photos,
request materials and mark jobs complete, all from your phone.
• Secure sign-in — one-time password (OTP) for reporters and username +
password for staff and administrators.

Built for all Raisoni Education campuses, from a single institute to the
entire group.
