The App's owner 日本財託サービス is the worst leasing company. Besides the normal high initial cost, not only it will not return your security deposity which is about one month rent. It will ask you to pay a very high amount "maintanence fee" after you move out, especially while you are not presented. So they can place an unreasonable high charge. It also threated me to pay the high charge fee. I will definetly sue this company if I was in Japanese when I recevied its payment request.
