ourApp

ourApp is the mobile application of ourApps corporate services. Messages from colleagues, tasks and notifications from applications used by your company are at your fingertips even outside the office.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN IT
• Chat: personal and project conversations with photos and attachments, delivery and read receipts and notifications for new messages. A message written without a signal will be sent by itself as soon as the connection is back. You can report an inappropriate message and block the sender.
• Tasks: an overview of tasks from ourTask with the assignment, deadline, solver and progress.
• Notifications: one mailbox for notifications from chat, ourDisk and other applications. You can mute individual channels.
• Scanner: log in to web applications on your computer by scanning a QR code, record attendance at the company gate and search for a drawing by number.
• Multiple companies: if you work for several companies, you have messages and tasks from all of them in one application, without logging out.
• For administrators: approve or deny access requests from colleagues directly from your phone.

WHO IS IT FOR
ourApp is for employees and collaborators of companies that use ourApps. An account is not created in the application. Your company administrator will create one for you and you will receive an invitation by email. You log in with the same account as in the web applications, with a password or passkey stored in the Google password manager.

What you see in the application is controlled by the administrator's permissions. Those who do not have access to tasks will not see the Tasks tab.

PRIVACY
The application does not detect your location, does not display advertising, and does not track you across applications. Privacy Policy: https://id.ourapps.cloud/privacy
