User Reviews

Incredibly infuriating for the patient as when things are not working there is no diagnostic information available. I ended up using BLE Scanner to determine when the monitor itself is not connected (it stops advertising when connected) and reboot or restart Bluetooth service. Then the app was intermittently failing to connect to server over Wi-Fi. Turning Wi-Fi off and on on the phone resolved it temporarily but eventually I had to turn Wi-Fi off and just use mobile data for stability.
