2023-11-07	Dư*****	Bad UX. Everything other than payment need to be done outside the app. Ticket info is not updated after reschedule so the notifications are still based on the old time. 2 stars as at least the payment works.

2022-08-23	Lo*****	It was pretty convenient, until it wasn't. The bus detecting and electronic payment features were weird and wacky. I booked a bus 1 day in advance, which I could not pay online. I called the support line 19006667 8 TIMES but there was nobody on the other side (I wonder if the company had abandoned this app?). Next day I showed up at the station just to find out neither the bus with that number plate was present at the station, nor my booking was recorded successfully by the app.

No mail, no message, no phone call for notification. Your company looks profesional, but the work done was not showing that. Now I am sitting on this hard cold chair waiting 6 hours to depart. Damn.
