EU rules removed "View on Google Maps" from Google Search results. This tool fixes that! It makes the map previews clickable. When you click a map in your search results. When you click a map, the tool reopen the searched query into google maps.

Features & Capabilities

Thanks to EU regulations, google removed the "View on Google Maps" button. This extension provides a workaround by making the map elements themselves clickable links to Google Maps using the page's search query and making embedded map elements clickable. When a user clicks on a recognized map element, they are redirected to Google Maps with a search query derived from the current page's URL (specifically, the value of the "q" query parameter).

To scope down the permission i had to add every single domain for each language. so this is why in the permission session you will see a long list of google.xxx domains.. Also this project is open source.. feel free to look at the git repo. The repo link is in the "Support Site" Add-on link in this page.
