Does the work, but it could do it even better by detecting the computer's position to set up the default region. Also, offering a list of additionnal URI schemes (ex: "tel:") to pick from would be even better. If I didn't know that "tel:" existed, I would simply have assumed that the default "omnicall:" just doesn't work.
