SOSAFE Doctor

SOSAFE Doctor is a digital tool for licensed Chilean surgeons to issue prescriptions, certificates, test orders, and compounded medications via voice dictation. The app transcribes the dictation, applies the doctor's digital signature, and allows the document to be shared with the patient via WhatsApp.

SMART VOICE DICTATION
Speak naturally: "For Juan Perez. Paracetamol 500 mg every 8 hours for 5 days." The app automatically identifies the patient, medication, dosage, frequency, duration, and instructions. It uses Chilean clinical vocabulary and local brand names.

4 TYPES OF DOCUMENTS IN ONE APP
- Prescriptions (generic and brand names)
- Medical certificates (rest, physical education exemption, medical clearance, justifications)
- Test requests (laboratory, imaging, urine cultures, complete blood count, lipid profile, etc.)
- Compounded prescriptions (custom formulas with ingredients and percentages)

The app automatically detects the type of prescription you are dictating; you don't have to choose.

DIGITAL SIGNATURE WITH GEOLOCATION
Your handwritten signature is recorded only once during onboarding and is automatically applied to each prescription. The date and geographic location of the signature are recorded for auditing purposes.

SEND VIA WHATSAPP
Share the prescription from the app: WhatsApp opens with the patient's contact information and a message that includes a link to view and download the PDF.

PHARMACY QUOTES
The app compares prices at Chilean pharmacies (Salcobrand, Cruz Verde, and Farmacias Ahumada) using publicly available data from each chain.

AUTOMATIC CLINICAL REVIEW
The app reviews each prescription to detect interactions, inappropriate pediatric doses, contraindications due to age or pregnancy, and common allergies. The observations are suggestions for your consideration, not automatic decisions.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
- Doctor's identity is verified against the National Registry of Individual Providers (RNPI) of the Superintendency of Health
- Patient data is encrypted and stored securely
- Complies with Law 19.628 on the Protection of Personal Data
- The doctor is responsible for obtaining the patient's informed consent, as per Law 20.584

SOSAFE Doctor is NOT a medical device. It does NOT replace the clinical judgment of a healthcare professional. Does NOT use Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES): prescriptions use digitized handwritten signatures, and their acceptance is subject to each pharmacy. The physician is responsible for verifying the patient's identity and data.

REQUIRES:
- Medical doctor with a recognized degree in Chile and current registration with the Superintendency of Health
- Internet connection
- Access to a microphone (for dictation), camera (for ID verification during initial registration), and optionally, contacts (for sharing via WhatsApp)
