Nviro Capture Fauna

Nviro's Capture Fauna is the most comprehensive solution for conducting baseline studies and monitoring terrestrial wildlife. It allows you to manage, plan, assign, collect field data, and process it automatically. Our solution primarily consists of:

- A web application that provides access to a site where you can create and manage projects and campaigns, assign sampling stations for teamwork, store and manage field data, and download processed tables required for report generation.

- A mobile app specifically designed for collecting terrestrial wildlife data. It facilitates data collection through sampling stations that internally employ various capture methodologies, which currently include (more will be added over time):

1. Linear transects for amphibians, birds, mammals, reptiles, and mixed transects

2. Sampling point

3. Sherman traps

4. Camera traps

5. Aerial transects

6. Echolocation detection

7. Playback recordings of birds and amphibians

8. Standalone recording unit

It also records isolated wildlife sightings outside the stations themselves. Finally, by utilizing background location data, the application can generate a track of the campaign where the user was collecting data, providing crucial information to demonstrate where the data was actually collected in the field.
