PatrolCheck is smart, real-time patrol monitoring: check-ins, updates, photos, and reports all on one platform. It's the official app for field personnel and supervisors: the same operation your company manages from the web panel, right in every guard's pocket.

For security companies, condominiums, retail, mining, logistics, and institutions that manage their own or contracted guards. It operates with the credentials your company provides from the panel; if you don't yet have access, it will be activated for you from patrolcheck.app the same day.

What changes from the first shift:
• The baton stores data until someone downloads it at the end of the shift. With PatrolCheck, each checkpoint is read from the phone and sent to the panel with the time and location, in real time.

• Paper and courier services leave information scattered. With PatrolCheck, patrols, updates, and photos live on a single platform, organized and instantly accessible. • The shift schedule is compiled manually. With PatrolCheck, reports are automatically generated and ready to download and send at the end of each shift or period.

Field Operation
• Patrols with QR code scanning and NFC reading at each checkpoint, recording the time and location at each marker.

• Digital Logbook with voice dictation for recording without typing. Each entry includes the time, author, and location.

• Panic button always accessible during the shift—the alert is sent to the supervisor and the panel with location and time.

• Offline mode during the shift: if the signal drops, the patrol, reports, photos, and incidents are saved on the phone and automatically sync when the connection is restored, without data loss.

• Works on entry-level phones and in areas with limited connectivity—warehouses, underground areas, work sites, yards.

Shift Coordination
• Live map with the position of each active post and instant alerts, 24/7, from the web panel.

Evidence and Backup
• Automatic PDF reports at the end of each shift, branded with your company logo and sent to the recipients you define.

• Each report includes a seal with a verification code and QR code: the recipient can verify online that the PDF they have is the original, unaltered copy.

• Chain of custody from the source: rounds, scans, and logs are sealed and tamper-proof.

Client Portal
• Your client logs in with their own credentials and views the service up-to-date, branded with your company logo.

• The administrator defines what each client sees.

Compliance

Privacy and Location Usage
Location is recorded only during the active shift and for functions that require it: verifying that the checkpoint is marked, mapping the patrol route for reporting, and setting up a panic alert. Outside of shifts, the app does not access location data. The information for each operation belongs to the contracting company.

Plans and Subscription
Subscription is done through patrolcheck.app. Plans are defined by active positions: the positions that operate with PatrolCheck in the field. Rotate your team freely—the plan remains the same; supervisors, sites, routes, and reports are unlimited at no extra charge.
