Problema: Siempre se realizan cobros por servicios que uno no confirma y Entel los factura sin consultar al titular. Siempre debo revisar el detalle de las boletas para ver si tengo que llamar otra vez para que bloqueen dichos cobros. Y nunca te devuelven el dinero al excusarse que son de terceros. Solo lo hicieron una vez (2024-25) cuando uno podía hablar con ejecutivos reales y no con robots/IA. Si les pasa, diganlo porque no puedo ser la única con este problema.

Hay dos problemas que deberían solucionar lo más pronto posible que afectan negativamente la experiencia de usuario. 1: Al querer contratar planes por la aplicación funciona todo bien, excepto cuando llega la fase final que es el proceso de biometría facial, al terminarlo la página se cierra automáticamente y reenvia al inicio de la página de Entel, no muestra nada más, el proceso de contratación NO se completa. 2: El chat bot de WhatsApp al darle hablar con ejecutivo este dice "no tiene saldo"
