Los usuarios reportan que la app funciona y facilita compras cuando opera bien, pero presenta problemas recurrentes: cierres de sesión, fallos en el código dinámico (no llega o expira rápido), inestabilidad/ lentitud, escasa aceptación en comercios y mala atención al usuario.

Pros

Permite realizar compras cuando funciona correctamente (varios usuarios indican que les sirvió).
Interfaz simple/fácil de usar según algunos comentarios.
Algunos usuarios no han tenido problemas y la app cumple su propósito puntual.

Cons

Cierres de sesión inesperados y necesidad de reingresar/rehacer PIN con frecuencia.
Problemas con el código dinámico: no llega el correo, verificación falla o el timer es muy corto.
Inestabilidad: errores, glitches, lentitud y caídas del sistema.
Pocos locales/comercios aceptan el pago y falta opción de "clave internet" en el punto de venta.
Atención y comunicación deficientes: soporte que corta llamadas y periodos de servicio caído.
