BioAccess Personal is the official app of the BioAccess attendance control system, designed so your institution's employees can clock in and out, check their schedules, and review their attendance history directly from their phones.

Clock in and out with a single tap. The app automatically verifies your location to confirm that the clock-in is taking place within the facility and records the exact time, synchronized with the server. If you lose your internet connection at any time, the clock-in is securely saved on your device and automatically sent as soon as the network is restored.

━━ CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE ━━

Check your daily shift and weekly schedule without needing to contact the supervisor. The information is synchronized directly with your institution's system and always reflects the most up-to-date data.

━━ ATTENDANCE HISTORY ━━

Access your records for the month: clock-in and clock-out times, days worked, and a summary of tardiness. All in a clear view, organized by date.

━━ PERMITS AND LEAVES ━━

View the special permits and leaves your institution has registered on your behalf. See the dates, permit type, and status directly from the app.

━━ COMPENSATORY HOURS ━━

Check your available compensatory hour balance and details of previous usage. The balance is updated in real time based on administrator approvals.

Submit requests to your institution's administration directly from the app and check the status of your previous requests.

━━ SECURITY AND PRIVACY ━━

• Restricted access: You can only clock in from a device previously authorized by your institution.

• No continuous tracking: GPS location is used only at the time of clocking in and is not recorded in the background.

• Encrypted communication: All data is transmitted securely via HTTPS.

• No advertising: The application contains no ads of any kind.

━━ FOR ADMINISTRATORS ━━

If you have an administrator role at your institution, the app also includes a daily attendance summary view for all employees, allowing for quick monitoring from anywhere.

━━ REQUIREMENTS ━━

• The application requires that your institution has subscribed to the BioAccess system.

• Access is granted using your Chilean National Identity Number (RUT) and the password assigned by the administrator.

• Prior authorization of the device by the system administrator is required.
