AcademyOS

AcademyOS is your martial arts school's app. It brings together in one place what today gets asked over messages: what time class is, whether it was cancelled, how much is left to pay and how your grade is coming along.

Accounts are created by your school. There is no open sign-up: if you do not have access yet, ask your instructor and it will arrive by email.

IF YOU TRAIN
• Your upcoming classes and the week's schedule, exactly as your school publishes it.
• A notice when a class is cancelled or moved, with the reason your instructor left.
• Your payments: what is due, the history and the receipts. You can pay online from the app, or pay at the school and send the proof for review.
• Your school's store: order what you need, it is added to your payments and you pick it up there.
• Your profile: belt and grades, plan, your details and your emergency contact.

IF YOU ARE A GUARDIAN
• The students in your care, each with their own schedule and payments.
• The same class and payment notices that the person training receives.

IF YOU TEACH
• Today: the day's classes, and those of any other day.
• Cancel or move a single class, with a reason seen by everyone training that day. The weekly schedule stays intact.
• The school's student list, searchable by name or email, with each student's profile.

ONE ACCOUNT, YOUR SCHOOL
If you belong to more than one school, you choose which one to enter and switch whenever you want. Each school sees only its own.

NOTIFICATIONS
You receive notices about cancelled or moved classes, payments and new grades. Turn them on or off whenever you want from Settings.

YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR DATA
The app shows only what your school registered about you. You can review the terms and the privacy policy from your profile, and delete your account right there.
