en | I can log into Quickbooks through my mobile browser but I can't log into Quickbooks either online or through this app. And, I can't get help for Quickbooks through the website which routes me through endless unhelpful documents and does not let me call or email a person. So, I'm left to give a one-star review in the hopes that I can communicate with someone. Thanks in advance! |

en | Wanted to go from online to desktop because of high cost of online. Learned that they are two different applications and now i have to learn desktop. Really??? Two completely different applications. And another thing, transfer of account info into desktop was such a pain since Quickbooks does not support the latest microsoft browser (edge) - and you must use microsoft, no chrome or firefox allowed. You have to send it to a computer with vista or 7 that has explorer 10 or 11. Wow, i upgraded to windows 10 almost a year ago and their "tech support" still have not caught up yet. Amazing they have so much market share. We need more competition to weed out lame apps like this. |
