en | **Do not purchase this product.** The TOKAudit creators have obviously abandoned it. They do not respond to customer service requests nor do they show up to their own Zoom calls they suggest you schedule. Additionally, it does not work well at all as it is extremely buggy like the previous reviews say. Again, do not purchase it unless you'd like to waste your money. |

en | Great idea but it doesn't really work well. Whoever figures this out has my money. This version was quite buggy. I need something that works reliably. My email to support went unanswered. Looks like the reviews here are active which was surprising - I just assumed this was an abandoned project. |

en | Update to original review - as suspected, the devs have very quickly made the tweaks (nice one guys!!) and it all works brilliantly again. This tool is fantastic for downloading data about competitors, then feeding the spreadsheet (after removing the first 5 rows) into Chat GPT for analysing and suggesting top hooks / topics / hashtags - totally awesome!! ******************************************************************* The concept for this is very sound, providing excellent reference data for competitor analysis. The data download is also a brilliant feature, as you can then feed it directly into ChatGPT to generate ideas based on best performing videos, etc. However - it's currently broken :( 1) The ability to extract / scan for a set number of days or for a date range does not work, you can only scan all vidoes 2) The data download is not doing anything either I suspect this was all working recently (reviews in Dec-2023 would suggest this), so I'm hopeful this is something minor that just needs tweaking. Once fixed, this extension will be definitely 5-stars, and will be a simply awesome product - so watch out for updates!! |

en | I emailed before my free trial was over to cancel. Received an email asking why I wanted to cancel. I told them why and asked my account be canceled. I was then charged after the free trial even though I requested my account to be canceled. I emailed asking for the charge to be refunded. There was no refund and no reply. |
