Even worse, they make it nearly impossible to cancel your membership. Despite our repeated attempts to cancel, including contacting multiple support representatives, Tokaudit continues to charge us month after month. It’s reached the point where we had to involve our credit card company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company’s shady practices are deeply concerning, and I urge others to avoid them entirely. |

The Help and Support page on their website returns a Page Not Found error. Their website says it has a chat function to help if your issue persists - there is no chat function. There is no help, no support. You cannot speak to anyone at all, ever. The product doesn't work even after you refresh the page and update the extension. These people are only interested in taking your money. I want my money back!!!! |
