Can't get it to work at all. Can't even scan one profile. No amount of refreshing/restarting/reinstalling will make this work. $27 totally wasted

This website is the worst scam I've ever seen. Save yourself the frustration and stay away—this platform simply doesn’t work. Even worse, they make it nearly impossible to cancel your membership. Despite our repeated attempts to cancel, including contacting multiple support representatives, Tokaudit continues to charge us month after month. It’s reached the point where we had to involve our credit card company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company’s shady practices are deeply concerning, and I urge others to avoid them entirely.
