What is LiveReload++?

LiveReload++ is a Chrome extension designed to provide extended support for LiveReload. It has the ability to watch a port and initiate page reloads when necessary. With advanced options for host and port, it enhances the overall user experience. The original LiveReload project ceased being active, but LiveReload++ maintains its spirit with added enhancements. This extension does not infringe on the original project's license. Further feature requests are welcomed.

It works great! I will note for anyone stumbling across this- it requires the npm livereload package to work. (or at least that's how I got it working).
