CIPerf is the official application of the Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI). More than just an internet speed test, it allows you to assess the actual quality of your mobile (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) or Wi-Fi internet connection on your smartphone or tablet.

Perform a complete diagnostic of the quality and strength of your mobile (3G/4G/5G) or fixed (Wi-Fi speed) internet connection. CIPerf can measure speeds up to 1 Gbps through a series of tests (download/upload speed, latency, web browsing, video streaming, etc.).

🔒 Permission Details

Access to photos, media, and files is required only for storing the shareable images generated after your tests.

➡️ No other files on your device are accessed or used.

Access to the device identifier and call information is used solely to generate a unique identifier (UUID) specific to each device, necessary for the application's technical operation.

👉 No personal data is collected, transmitted, or stored.

The IMEI is used only for this purpose and is never recorded or shared.
