I have to constantly reload the pages when I'm in Salesforce to try and pull across relevant lead data. Often it just whites out and I don't get anything until I reset everything, which is a waste of time. Also I can only add templates into Outreach if i'm in incognito mode as I cannot cut and past otherwise and formatting doesn't update!!! Annoying features for an otherwise really helpful too. |

There are plenty of times that the entire extension whites out (usually if i switch tabs to a prospects web site then flip back to Salesforce tab) while I'm mid-dial and the only way to hang up is close out the entire tab which then skips the opportunity to disposition the call. Good in theory, doesn't work well. |
