I have to constantly reload the pages when I'm in Salesforce to try and pull across relevant lead data. Often it just whites out and I don't get anything until I reset everything, which is a waste of time. Also I can only add templates into Outreach if i'm in incognito mode as I cannot cut and past otherwise and formatting doesn't update!!! Annoying features for an otherwise really helpful too. |

| 2024-10-01 |  | | en | I can't tell if this actually saves me time. Constantly have to refresh the Salesforce tab just for the extension to recognize the contact page that I'm viewing. There are plenty of times that the entire extension whites out (usually if i switch tabs to a prospects web site then flip back to Salesforce tab) while I'm mid-dial and the only way to hang up is close out the entire tab which then skips the opportunity to disposition the call. Good in theory, doesn't work well. |
