2024-06-07	Gu*****	I have been using the chessbase app for years. I like it a lot. I wish it displayed the name of the openings. Lately, it is super annoying that the app takes forever to open because it's checking for the license. Sometimes, I give up because it never opens, and I can't use it. It's so annoying that I really feel like taking one star off. Grrrrr!

2024-04-01	Jü*****	The app nearly always hangs when using the database. Independently of the phone on which it is used. The only way to use that app is to "force stop" from the settings of the phone and try again starting from the first move. "NO MOVES FOUND" is the name of that app. Give the money back!

2022-06-27	ra*****	It's a bad experience to use this software. It spoils the name of Chessbase. The flip and arrow buttons are together. Half the time i am flipping the boards. Next issue is that there is no way for me to know if it's white or black to move. The inductor always shows that ots white to move. Lastly there is no response from the developers. I am sure that they will do nothing.

2022-05-31	En*****	The app is quite good but I'd like to suggest two things. First: Shift the move arrow signs to the right hand side to avoid touching other signs like flip board while viewing a game. Second: Show a move options when there are alternatives for a move. Thanks.

2020-11-18	A *****	It's like they are not even reading the comments here or simply do not care. There is no way to add an engine to chessbase. The last thing was working on this app was komodo 13 app. I mean common! at least update the engine to latest version or create some way for us to be able to add for ourselves.

2020-08-23	A *****	With this latest update(3.0) the App is headed in the direction of excellence! Introducing the engine was a much awaited feature-it works very well! One question - is it possible to load a static book?

2020-08-19	To*****	Chessbase no longer works on Android... or at least not on any of my Android 'phones. It is obviously a reasonable app - why else would I buy it. Having reinstalled the ap once again but without feeling much confidence, I am pleased to write that the ap is fully working now! As a consequence I have updated it to five stars!! Which imo it deserves, I'd like it to have other colours for the board and access to more games in the database... 🙂
